I had a mixed experience at the resort. The beautiful beach and lovely staff were highlights, but the housekeeping issues really affected our stay negatively. The rooms were not cleaned properly, and there were some unpleasant surprises with insects. Overall, it had great potential, but it definitely needs improvements in service and maintenance.

The Fayrouz Resort is a lovely place with a beautiful beach and friendly staff, especially at the bar where Karim Mohamed provided exceptional service. However, the rooms could use some renovations as they feel outdated, and the check-in process was a bit slow. While there's a lot of greenery and a wonderful beach, some amenities like the ATM and Wi-Fi could definitely improve.

My stay at the resort was quite a mix of experiences. I loved the clean beach and the amazing staff, especially Karim, who made our days brighter. However, the internet connection could use improvement, and the dining experience left much to be desired with limited options. Overall, there were many highlights but also some areas needing attention.

I had a pleasant stay overall at the resort, with great proximity to Naama Bay and a lovely beach. The rooms were comfortable and kept very clean, but the service could have been better, especially on our final day regarding the shower arrangements. The breakfast was good, but variety could improve. While I enjoyed my time, the hotel does need some renovation to enhance the experience.

The breakfast was amazing, but the dinner options were somewhat limited and the rooms could use some updates. However, for the value, you can't beat this place.
